Compliance. Support services for the identification, assessment and management of business and compliance risks.

Main activities:

• support and assistance in the evaluation and implementation of internal control systems;
• assistance to internal audit departments, including the definition and performance of compliance audits (including Law 262/2005);
• management of outsourced internal audit assignments as a function and/or to support the department manager;
• assistance in risk assessment activities, preparation, implementation and updating of Organisational Models pursuant to Leg Decree no. 231/2001;
• support to the Supervisory Body in the planning and carrying out of verifications.
