Audit. Statutory audit services (conducted in accordance with the provisions of Leg. Decree no. 39/2010 and the ISA Italian auditing standards) and voluntary audits.

Other assurance activities:

• accounting and financial due diligence;
• agreed upon procedures within the specific assignments;
• assistance to the Board of Auditors as auxiliary for carrying out specific inspection and control operations, as part of a statutory audit assigned to the Board of Auditors (according to Leg. Decree no. 39/2010);
• assistance and support in the verification of the truthfulness of company data for the certifications required by the Bankruptcy Law;
• forensic investigation to verify the facts relating to accounting crimes, corruption and fraud that may involve the company and/or the accounting and auditing bodies.
